By accessing and using LEXA Accounting Solutions ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the service, including registered account holders.
LEXA Accounting Solutions provides cloud-based payroll and accounting software designed for Kenyan businesses. Our service includes automated payroll processing, tax calculation, statutory compliance (PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, Housing Levy), reporting, and employee management tools.
You must register for an account to use most features of our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You must promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to process payroll for fictitious employees, evade tax obligations, or violate any Kenyan laws or KRA regulations. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all employee data, salary information, and other inputs you provide to the service. LEXA calculates taxes and statutory deductions based on the information you provide. We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate data provided by you.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Refunds are not available for partial months of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
LEXA Accounting Solutions and all associated software, content, and materials are owned by Dendritotech Solutions and are protected by Kenyan and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.
LEXA provides the service on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEXA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
